Luis Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez, representative of Grupo Interacademias, presented:<\/p>\n<h3>Rafael Radi<\/h3>\n<p>D. in Medicine and Biochemistry, president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/anciu.org.uy\/\">National Academy of Sciences of Uruguay<\/a> and also member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anm.org.uy\/\">National Academy of Medicine<\/a>, full professor of Biochemistry at the School of Medicine of the <a href=\"https:\/\/udelar.edu.uy\">University of the Republic<\/a>. He was coordinator of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gub.uy\/presidencia\/gach\">GACH<\/a> group during the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n<h3>Fernando Filgueira<\/h3>\n<p>D. in Sociology, university professor and researcher, with a vast national and international trajectory, where he has also actively participated in the field of education. She is currently the national representative of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unfpa.org\/es\/data\/transparency-portal\/unfpa-uruguay\">United Nations Population Fund in Uruguay<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Miguel Brechner<\/h3>\n<p>Electronic Engineer, Master in Telecommunications and member of the National Academy of Engineering (ANIU). He has developed a vast career, always very close to ICT, both in private business and then in prominent positions in the public sector. In 2005 he assumed the presidency of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latu.org.uy\">LATU<\/a> and from then on his leadership was key in the conception and implementation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ceibal.edu.uy\">Ceibal Plan<\/a>: a pioneering project internationally and of enormous impact for our country, as was evident to all during the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n<h3>Adriana Aristimu\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>D. in Educational Sciences, with more than 30 years of teaching, research and management in Higher Education.
