Unlike previous cycles, he emphasized not only its <strong>cross-cutting scope<\/strong> \u2013 encompassing technological, economic, labor, educational and social dimensions \u2013 but also its speed of evolution. <\/p>\n<p>In this regard, he stressed that the current phenomenon cannot be analyzed from a single perspective, as it simultaneously impacts productivity, employment, organizational models, regulation and geopolitical dynamics.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding: 48.46% 0 0 0; position: relative;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" title=\"Generative AI, the balance between underestimating and overestimating - Eng. Eduardo Mangarelli\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1187512227?badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/api\/player.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<h2>From chat to freelance agents<\/h2>\n<p>One of the central themes of the conference was the <strong>evolution of these systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mangarelli described a first stage, characterized by tools focused on text and image generation, followed by a more recent stage based on <strong>reasoning models<\/strong>, capable of analyzing problems, planning and verifying answers.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, he noted, we are entering <strong>a new phase: that of autonomous agents.<\/strong> These systems not only respond, but can perform complex tasks, interact with different systems and make decisions based on a defined objective. <\/p>\n<p>As an example, he mentioned <strong>its application in business processes<\/strong>, where an agent can manage customer complaints, validate information, prioritize cases and generate automated responses.<\/p>\n<h2>Between noise and reality<\/h2>\n<p>In closing, Mangarelli addressed the central theme of his presentation: the <strong>difficulty of balancing expectations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that <strong>there are conflicting views<\/strong> on generative artificial intelligence.
