Representing the National Academy of Sciences of Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luis Romero \u00c1lvarez<\/strong><br \/>\nAgricultural Engineer from the Universidad de la Rep\u00fablica and Master in Economics from the University of Chicago. Representing the National Academy of Economics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carlos Amor\u00edn<\/strong><br \/>\nAcademic Sanitary Hydraulic Engineer and senior consultant. Representing the National Academy of Engineering of Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d3scar Noboa<\/strong><br \/>\nDoctor of Medicine, specialist in Nephrology, professor and director of the Nephrology Center, Hospital de Cl\u00ednicas, School of Medicine, Universidad de la Rep\u00fablica. Member of the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Medicine.
